Dan, the Construction Dad will be returning to help us build bridges. Last month he took us into the world of cement, concrete and the magic of how compressive and tensile strength works for us and against us. Hopefully everyone’s cement handprints have found great homes in gardens or grandma’s house.
Excellent!! I thoroughly enjoyed reading about this and hope everyone has a fun learning time constructing their cantilever. When I watched the video of the 2009 record-breaking experiment, I got so involved that I jumped when it finally broke!! Cheers to learning!
